Hon Regina Anyogo Writes Touching Message To Constituents Ahead Of 2019 Elections

The member representing Yala 1 Constituency in the Cross River State House of Assembly, Hon Regina Anyogo on Tuesday in a touching massage to constituents said her “bond with her people is one that can’t be priced or valued with material appreciation”.

Hon Anyogo who stated this via her Facebook handle @ReginaAnyogo, noted that she has sponsored bills and motions as well as empowered her constituents with distribution of items to help their local businesses.

She stressed that, in making our dear constituency better, there is need to understand that a better Yala goes beyond an acronym, it is rather one that deserves active participation and absolute preserverance.

In a message titled, “My dear people of Yala 1 State Constituency”, Hon Anyogo said, “As a young girl growing up in the bushy paths of Gabu, I have always known that leadership has an integral role to play in rural development.

“Being your representative at the State House of Assembly has reconciled the fact that qualitative representation is the bedrock to a better community.

“I have gone through the hurdles, but you have always stood by me to ensure the journey gets easier than supposed. My people! This is that spirit of togetherness! One that conquers the divinisive projection that tends to dividing our projects along party lines.

“As member representing you, my dear people, I have proposed bills and motions that tends to better the livelihood of our people. I have approached the necessary executive authorities as deemed fit to develop our hamlets

“It is a general resolve that Yala deserves better and that has always been my sheer will and determination. But in making our dear constituency better, there is need to understand that a better Yala goes beyond an acronym, it is rather one that deserves active participation and absolute preserverance.

“I have always utilized channels that directly empowers our people. I have distributed items that are structured to develop local businesses in our communities.

“My bond with you as a people is one that can never be priced or valued with material appreciations. My bond is a covenant that demands much more.

“Together we can always do great things.”
