As the fever of the 2019 General elections gradually draw closer, some constituencies in Cross River State are already X-raying the performance of their representatives in the Upper and Lower Chambers on the National Assembly and State Assembly.
It is by this move that the Ikom/Boki Federal Constituency have displayed their unreserve support for Fred Ncha, who is a native of Kakubok village, Buda ward, Irruan clan of Boki LGA to rescue the people from stagnation and bondage been experienced in the constituency.
Regarded as their next ‘Moses, Aaron and Joshua’ of their era, Feddy Ncha has received the peoples mandate to run under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2019 general elections.
An academic elite, blessed with a touch of class and intelligence, Ncha’s political dream doesn’t make him to the terrain, having journey through it as councilor, Chairman House Committee on Budget, Finance Appropriation from 2004-2007.
He has impacted positively in the development and growth of his constituency; creating a more viable working environment for the youhs and addressing issues of paramount to the people.
Feddy Ncha attended Group Primary School BBK in Bankpor Irruan and secondary school in Bekpor Irruan, Boki. He holds an HND in Accounting from Polycal, the now, CRUTECH. A post Graduate Diploma in Management and a Masters Degree in Business Administration University of Calabar.
He worked in Cross River State Rural Water as a civil servant from 1992-2002. He was as a councilor, Chairman House Committee on Budget, Finance Appropriation from 2004-2007. At some point,his capacity and efficiency was felt as a Validation Officer in Cross River State on SURE-P program on Maternal and Child Health from The Presidency. He is currently a Director in charge of Finance and Supplies of CRS Water-Ways Agency, Calabar. He is a consummate husband and a celebrated father.
With such experience on his side, Ncha appears more than capable to lead the mantle of authority in 2019 as honourable Ikom/Boki Federal Constituency.
