The call for women participation in the governance of a giving State remains an issue that have many people have always been emphasizing on despite the huge dominance of their male counterpart.

However, in Cross River State, Governor, Ben Ayade has shown his self believe and confidence on involving women in his governance, thereby respecting the role every motherhood.

This singular act has seen the inclusion of Barrister Tina Banku Agbor, who hail from
Alibong village of Borum Community in Boki Local Government Area of Cross River State, Nigeria, to have been made the first female Secretary to Government of the State in 2015.

Born to the family of Mr. and Mrs. Columbus Bisong Agbor, Barr. Tina has distinguish herself as a reliable personality, who has projected the vision of Gov Ayade in her implementation of the Governor’s principles.

Barr. Tina attended Government primary School Borum, where she obtained her first school leaving certificate before proceeding to acquire her secondary school certificate (WAEC) from Kano Community Commercial College in 1979.

Her determination to expand the scope of her academic knowledge led her to study at the Centre for business studies at Meridian House, Greenwich High Street, London, where she obtained the Cambridge and Oxford Advanced Level Certificate in 1984.

Besides, she obtained a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree at the Tamas Valley University, Ealing College in London before adding a Master Degree in Managerial Psychology (M.M.P) in 2008 at the University of Lagos.

Regarded as a consummate and experienced politician, an entrepreneur, Real Estate Consultant and a community builder, Barr. Tina has proved to be a worthy representation of his women folk, discharging his responsibilities as at when due for Gov Ayade.

No wonder, some call her a quintessential and thorough-bred administrator, worthy of emulation.
