Former Head of Interim National
Government, Chief Ernest
Shonekan believes the Nigerian Youths have a big role to play if they are to reposition the political and economic situation of the country.
He stated this on Tuesday where he registered for the ongoing national identity card, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Shonekan also called on the Nigerian government to ensure that the resources of the country are well managed well without depriving the youths of their benefits.
“I am born an optimist. This country has a great future . We have all to make it work. God has put us here for a purpose and we are going to give an account of
everything entrusted to us.
“We must manage our resources well. The youths should take advantage of the fact that there are lots of people to mentor them. They must be patient. ”
